Terms of sale

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Article 1 – Seller and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (Terms of Sale) govern sales concluded on the Hondson online store between Mr Hamet Tamboura, sole trader (trading name: h.tamboura / Hondson), registered with the French National Business Register (Registre National des Entreprises) under SIREN number 953 273 455 (SIRET 953 273 455 00022, APE code 5320Z), whose registered office is at 23 allée de Gagny, 93390 Clichy-sous-Bois, France (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which are available at any time on the store.

Article 2 – Products

The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, box contents, materials, compatibility) are set out on each product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes; slight differences in shade may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes, in the currency displayed when ordering. Delivery is free: no shipping costs are added to the price of the products. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country; these remain payable by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Ordering

The Customer selects the products, checks the contents of the bag, enters delivery and billing details, then confirms the order and payment. The sale is concluded on receipt of the order confirmation sent by email. The Seller may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, using the methods offered at checkout (in particular bank cards and digital wallets). Transactions are encrypted and processed by secure payment providers; the Seller never has access to the Customer's full bank details.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery is free. Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering, in the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the announced date, the Customer may cancel the sale under the conditions of Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code. Risk passes when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the products.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Return costs are borne by the Seller. The procedure (request, return, refund) is detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
  • products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Article 8 – Legal guarantees

All products are automatically covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Legal guarantee of conformity. The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity obliges the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to keep the goods in conformity. It entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced free of charge, within thirty days of the request and without major inconvenience. If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee. The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and be refunded in full in exchange for returning the goods, if the trader refuses to repair or replace the goods, if the repair or replacement takes place after more than thirty days, if it causes the consumer major inconvenience, or if the lack of conformity persists after an unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity. The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination; the consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement of the goods beforehand. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor. Any period during which the goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered. The rights mentioned above arise from Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who obstructs the application of the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L241-5 of the French Consumer Code). The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in exchange for returning the goods.

To make a claim under a guarantee, the Customer contacts the Seller at support@hondson.com, giving the order number and the defect found (photos welcome). The cost of returning a defective or non-conforming product is borne by the Seller.

Article 9 – Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, the Customer may write to support@hondson.com or by post to 23 allée de Gagny, 93390 Clichy-sous-Bois, France.

Article 10 – Personal data

The data collected when ordering is necessary to process and deliver the order. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 – Mediation and governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact the Seller to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, and in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details are provided on request to support@hondson.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute is brought before the competent courts. In any event, the consumer retains the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
