These terms of use govern access to and use of the Hondson online store, published by Mr Hamet Tamboura, sole trader (trading name: h.tamboura / Hondson), registered with the French National Business Register (Registre National des Entreprises) under SIREN number 953 273 455 (SIRET 953 273 455 00022, APE code 5320Z), whose registered office is at 23 allée de Gagny, 93390 Clichy-sous-Bois, France. Sales are governed by our Terms of Sale.

2. Access to the store

The store is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. The publisher endeavours to provide continuous access but cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions, in particular for maintenance.

3. Customer account

Creating an account is optional. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

4. Permitted use

Users undertake not to use the store for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation and not to collect data by automated means.

5. Customer reviews

Published reviews must be sincere and respectful. The publisher reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that is abusive, defamatory or unrelated to the product.
