Shipping policy

Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount, with no shipping costs added.

Delivery areas

We deliver to France, Switzerland and the other countries offered at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times

• Preparation: 24 to 48 working hours after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery in France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, as a guide.
• Other countries: the time varies by destination; it is shown when you order or provided on request.

An order containing several items may be delivered in several parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Delay, loss or damaged parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within the announced time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us at support@hondson.com with your order number (and a photo if there is damage). We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund. If delivery is more than 30 days later than the announced date, you can cancel the order and be refunded (Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code).

Delivery address

Check your address before confirming the order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
