1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet our quality criteria:
- The item must be in brand new, unused original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation must be included.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Pack & Ship
Carefully package the item and send it with tracked post according to the return instructions provided.
Get Refunded
Following a 48h inspection, your refund is credited within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Fees & Transparency
0 CHF Restocking Fee.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping is 100% on us. For simple change of mind, standard return postage is the customer's responsibility.
4. 2-Year Statutory Swiss Warranty
All electronics and charging accessories sold on hondson.com are protected by the 2-year statutory Swiss warranty (Art. 210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). We replace or repair defective items free of charge.
