Terms and Conditions.
Effective March 2026. Applicable to all orders placed on hondson.com delivered to France and the European Union.
1. Scope and Corporate Identity
These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships and sales between the operating enterprise h.tamboura (Mr. Hamet Tamboura, registered with the French National Business Register RNE / INPI under SIREN 953 273 455, SIRET 95327345500022 - APE 5320Z, located at 23 Allée de Gagny, 93390 Clichy-sous-Bois, France) for the marketplace hondson.com and purchasers placing orders.
2. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on hondson.com are stated in Euros (€), inclusive of French VAT at 20%. Customers will never incur any unexpected surcharges upon delivery.
3. Secure Payment Methods (Stripe)
Payment for orders is processed online via end-to-end encrypted and certified payment gateways powered by Stripe. Supported payment methods include: Carte Bancaire (CB), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are safeguarded by 256-bit SSL encryption and strong 3D Secure authentication. The customer's account is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
4. Shipping via Colissimo / La Poste
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours and delivered across France and Europe via Colissimo / La Poste (with full tracking). Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders of €50 or more (€4.90 for orders below this threshold).
5. 14-Day Statutory & 30-Day Extended Return Policy
Under French Consumer Code (Art. L221-18), you have a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods. hondson.com voluntarily extends this to 30 calendar days for any unused item in its original packaging. Zero restocking fees (€0). Return requests can be initiated through your Customer Account or by emailing support@hondson.com.
6. 2-Year EU Statutory Warranty
All products sold on hondson.com carry an official 2-year (24 months) EU statutory warranty covering hardware and manufacturing defects. In the event of a malfunction, our dedicated team will arrange an immediate replacement or repair free of charge.
7. Customer Support & Digital Helpdesk
Customer support for hondson.com is available 6 days a week via dedicated digital channels: by email at support@hondson.com or directly through the secure helpdesk chat within your Customer Account.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, the consumer may refer to the EU consumer mediation service before pursuing legal action before the competent courts.
